Rates include VAT, services, mineral water in the room and high-speed Wi-Fi. City tax of €1.25 per room per night is extra and must be paid at the hotel.
Cancellation and payment policies
Cancellation and payment policies vary according to rate type. Please check what conditions may apply to each rate plan when making your selection.
* In case of a FLEXIBLE reservation with free cancellation:
- If you are paying by credit card, no prepayment is needed at the property but your credit card details are required to guarantee your reservation up to your arrival at the hotel. Your credit card will be charged automatically upon check-out. Please note that your reservation will be subject to a pre-authorisation request 24 hours priot to arrival for an amount equivalent to the total value of your reservation.
- If you are paying by debit card (Bancontact, IDEAL or Maestro), you will be charged the full amount at the time of booking.
- If you are booking by bank transfer, your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. Payment can be made to the ING bank account BELFIUS BE 91 0689 4625 9376 BIC GKCCBEBB.
If the reservation is canceled before 2 p.m. on the day of arrival, no charge will be applied.
- If the reservation was guaranteed by credit card, the guarantee will be released
- If the reservation was paid by bank transfer, the total amount of your reservation will be credited to your account.
- If the booking was paid by Bancontact, Ideal or Maestro: please send your booking number and bank details (IBAN n°) to info@hotel830namur.be. You will be refunded the amount of your booking within 5 working days.
Bookings cancelled after this period, or in case of no-show, will be billed at a cost equivalent to the price of the first night + taxes.
* In case of a NON-REFUNDABLE reservation, a full deposit equivalent to the total amount of the reservation will be charged to your credit card on the moment of the booking. The reservation cannot be cancelled or modified unless otherwise stated.
When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please contact the hotel for further information.
All additional services booked or consumed during the stay must be paid for at check-out.
Check-in/out
Please note that the earliest check-in time is 15:00 and the latest check-out time is 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability at an additional cost
Accepted method of payment, pre-authorization and Security deposit
If you wish to pay by credit, you will need to present the card used to make the reservation at check-in, which willl be pre-authorised for the the total cost of the accommodation plus a securrity deposit of € 150€ per room, per stay. This deposit is to cover any additional costs that may be incurred during your stay. If you prefer to pay in cash, you will be required to pay the total cost of the accommodation plus this same security deposit at check-in. In the case of pre-paid bookings, only the security deposit will be required to cover any incidental costs that may be incurred during your stay.
Please note that valid photo identification will be required at check-in and a copy will be kept on file.
Parking
Free parking is available at the hotel. We have universal charging stations for electric cars.
Miscellaneous
- Breakfast is free for children under 12 years of age when accompanied by a parent staying in the hotel.
- Rollaway bed is 30 EUR per night per adult and child above 12. Crib is available for free.
- Small dogs less than 10kg are allowed with a fee of 30€/night.
- Taxes are subject to change.
- The entire hotel is non-smoking. The hotel reserves the right to charge a flat rate cleaning fee of €100 to any guest who smokes in the hotel or in a room.
